Working with NCCCA involves a wide range of career opportunities, from direct care roles such as registered and enrolled nurses, residential care and home care workers, to catering, cleaning, finance, human resources, administration and senior management.

To be considered for these positions, you must have empathy towards the aged and frail, be self-motivated and hold a National Criminal History Check (also known as a police check) less than 6 months old.

- Registered and Enrolled Nurses
- Care Service Employees
- Personal Carers (must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent and a First Aid certificate).
- Kitchen/Cookery staff (must hold relevant qualifications covering WH&S, infection control and have experience in food safety and HACCP).
- Home Care Employees
- Home Care (must hold a Certificate III in Aged or Community Care or equivalent, a First Aid certificate and drivers licence).
